Terms of Service

LoveCapsule is operated by RNDL-INTERACTIVE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, trading as RNDL Interactive. It is a sole proprietorship owned by Randall Ofreneo Tan and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Philippines under DTI Business Name Registration No. 8434183, valid until 20 August 2031. Our registered business address is Mayao Kanluran, Lucena City, Region IV-A (CALABARZON), Philippines.

By creating an account or publishing a capsule, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not publish.

You need an account to save or publish. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.

The words, photos and choices you put in a capsule remain yourcontent. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to display it to whoever opens your capsule’s link. We do not use it for advertising and we do not claim ownership of it.

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including photos of other people and any music you add.

Nothing unlawful, nothing that harasses, threatens or humiliates someone, no sexual content involving minors, no material you do not have the rights to, no malware or attempts to break the service, and nothing designed to impersonate another person or business.

A capsule is meant for someone you care about. If we find one being used to abuse a person, we will take it down.

Publishing gives your capsule a public link that anyone holding it can open. You can add a passcode before publishing if it should be private.

You can ask us to remove a capsule at any time. We may remove one ourselves, without notice, if it breaks the rules above or if we are legally required to. If we remove a paid capsule for a reason that is our fault, you get a refund; if we remove it because of what you published, you do not.

We want your capsule to keep working for years, and we build it to. But this is a small studio, not a bank vault: we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, and we cannot promise it will exist forever. If we ever have to shut LoveCapsule down, we will give reasonable notice and a way to download what you made.

Keep your own copies of photos that matter. LoveCapsule is not a backup service.

Capsules are delivered electronically and immediately. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for: the moment your payment is confirmed, your capsule is published to its own permanent link.

Each completed order leaves a record we keep and can produce:

• a payment confirmation emailed to you, stating the item, the date paid, the payment reference and the amount, and carrying the live link to your capsule;
• the same payment reference on our side, returned by our payment processor, so your copy and ours can be matched against each other;
• the capsule itself, reachable at its own link from the moment payment is confirmed, and listed in your dashboard.

If a payment succeeds and the capsule does not publish, that is a failure on our side and is refunded in full under the Refund Policy.

Publishing a paid capsule is a one-time charge shown to you before you pay. Prices are in Philippine pesos. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, and if a charge or an order is ever in question, the steps and timelines are in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

Payments from the Philippines are taken by us directly through QR Ph, processed by our payment gateway PayMongo. For those orders RNDL Interactive is the seller and the merchant of record: you are buying from us, we send the payment confirmation, and refunds and disputes come to us. PayMongo processes the payment; we never see or store your full card or bank account details.

International card and wallet payments are sold by Paddle. For those orders our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, who is the Merchant of Record for the purchase. Paddle handles the transaction, charges the payment in US dollars, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Paddle, not LoveCapsule, will appear on your card statement. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to that sale alongside these terms.

We provide LoveCapsule as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the capsule concerned. Nothing here removes rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
